J.A. Becker & Söhne GmbH & Co. KG announced today that they have been favorably acquired by US based company Autoquip Corporation of Guthrie, Oklahoma, a division of Miner Enterprises Inc. in Geneva, Illinios, USA.
This strategic alignment is part of JAB continued commitment to expand its solutions globally and to better serve its current customers and future opportunities.
Autoquip Corporation has been a leader in custom material handling equipment for 75 years, providing lifting solutions and controls automation across various industries including aerospace and defense, rail, car park and storage, supply chain distribution and a wide range of manufacturing and assembly environments. The Autoquip portfolio of solutions is the largest in the industry which includes large custom scissors lifts, freight lifts, air cargo, dock lifts, turn tables, tilters and automotive lifts along with their automation capabilities from OSCO controls, a subsidiary of Autoquip.
